1. Order Cancellations Policy

Orders canceled before our processing, you will get a full refund.

Orders canceled after our processing, you need to cover the DOUBLE WAY SHIPPING COST (between our supplier and Sorting Department), which is $5-$8 per KG depends on the supplier location.

There are certain items can't be cancelled after processing, like Custom Made Dresses.

Once your order has been shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled.
2. Damaged Items, Wrong Size or Misshipped Items.

You are eligible for a refund for the PACKAGE VALUE plus Shipping Fee for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. You have to contact us about this issue within 7 days after you received your package or it will be expired.

Damaged Items

You must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from the delivery carrier, this is how it works:
Step 1: Ask the postman to help you open a dispute if the package was damage, and then you will get a dispute number.
Step 2: Give us the dispute number, that proves the package was broken before you get them.

Cautions: If the package was not damaged, but the inside is damaged, you can not get any refunds. The reason is in this case, only you could prove that the item was broken.
Wrong size or Wrong items

In this case, all you need to do is contacting us, we will run a check immediately and will reply you within 48 hours with a result. If that's our mistake, you are qualified to get a new package and 10% of the package value as a compensation.
3. Replace, Return.

If the item you received is ok, but you have changed your mind, you can still return it. Our supplier give us 14 days time for item return and replacement, which means from the time we sent the package to you to we receive it. It has to be within 14 days. If it expires, we can still help you negotiate with our supplier, but no promises of returning.
